Pre game goal

Get a lot of drones early on and try to defend with spines, queens and speedlings. Then switch into mass roach/hydra, attack/pressure and get a 3rd up. Focus on timing everything and not forgetting stuff, use the adjustments for the timing:

• Take drones from gas when pool is done
• Instant larvae inject when queen pops
• Make overlord when first vomit larvae
•  Make overlord when second hatch pops
• Make second gas when lair starts
• 3rd gas when lair is done

Post game analysis

I won :) Opening went ok, few mistakes. I saw that he went fast expo so I droned like crazy, made 2 spines too late but could hold off early aggression with roaches. After his aggression build up a roach army and harassed a bit and took a 3rd. Caught his army out of position and killed it, then forced a lift from his natural and lost my army. Then maxed out, kept him from taking a 3rd, took a 4th and then ‘A’-moved and won.

60 gas too much, pulled guys out of gas too late. Forgot the instant spawn larvae Didn’t make the overlord at larvae vomit	Getting through the wallin with zerglings and microing	None, it was worth it, I killed 3 marines, 4 scvs and got full scout. Maybe try to build more without looking.
Didn’t have enough gas for all upgrades when lair was done	2nd gas too late	Take 2nd gas when drones back on gas (30ish food)
Money got high in mid/late game	Supply blocked, too late with overlords	Try to look at food count every time a unit is made
Didn’t get more drones after I started making units	Wanting/building more units than I needed	Mix in rounds of drones in mid/late game (for instance after attack of good defence)
